Wenger Carving Fork 7.5": Anchors meats and poultry steady during carving. It is also good for lifting and turning of meats as they cook and serving portions at the table.

Wenger Delemont forged knives: The nature of the one-piece construction forged blades means the knives have excellent balance and wear resistance and a long lasting sharp edge – and the quality of their manufacture is assured by the fact they are finished and sharpened by a master sharpener, in the same factory as the famous Genuine Swiss Army Knives. The black handle formed around the tang is made of dishwasher resistant PolyOxy Methylenes (POM), reinforced with fiberglass to improve wear and abrasion resistance. They feature ergonomically shaped handles to reduce hand fatigue during use and have a unique look developed from a fusion of Asian and European styling.
