Delivery

Most of our items are in stock! They usually ship the next business day. Some items are being shipped from the manufacturer. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. We will notify you by email of any delay. If you need faster delivery please specify in ‘Comments’ box at time of order. We will notify you by email about additional costs before shipping. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Shipping charge

Ground shipping is FREE for any orders totaling $99 or higher. For smaller orders the shipping charge is a flat fee of only $9.95 for ground shipping and handling. If you need expedited service, please call us for availability and a shipping quote.

Shipping Destination

Currently, we can only accept online orders for delivery to addresses in the Continental United States. Call Customer Service at 1-605-332-5572 or email: service@MoreThanKitchen.com to arrange for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, for which there will be an extra charge. Currently, MoreThanKitchen.com does not ship outside the United States.

Payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovercard as well as PayPal payments. In addition we offer Google checkout as a fast and easy way for all your internet purchases. With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from EnjoyEspresso and many other stores across the web. If you've used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us. If you're using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There's no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy. When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorized purchases. The merchant never gets to know your credit card information, only Google handles these information.

Easy Return

Every item we sell is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days after receipt for an exchange or a refund, following the steps below. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Please be aware that shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. All items returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee may be waived for exchanges.

Steps for making a return

Call or email Customer Service for a return code number and return address at 1-605-332-5572 or service@MoreThankitchen.com. When returning the item, please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note. The item(s) have to be send via UPS or insured mail. Be sure to indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. Fill in the return code number provided by Customer Service, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Most exchanges and returns will be processed within three weeks of receipt.
