Most of our items are in stock! They usually ship the next business day. Some items are being shipped from the manufacturer. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. We will notify you by email of any delay. If you need faster delivery please specify in ‘Comments’ box at time of order. We will notify you by email about additional costs before shipping. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Ground shipping is FREE for any orders totaling $99 or higher. For smaller orders the shipping charge is a flat fee of only $9.95 for ground shipping and handling. If you need expedited service, please call us for availability and a shipping quote.
Currently, we can only accept online orders for delivery to addresses in the Continental United States. Call Customer Service at 1-605-332-5572 or email: service@MoreThanKitchen.com to arrange for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, for which there will be an extra charge. To ship outside the United states we require our customers to use an international shopping and shipping service like www.MyUS.com. See below for more details.

Every item we sell is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days after receipt for an exchange or a refund, following the steps below. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Please be aware that shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. All items returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee may be waived for exchanges.
Steps for making a return
Call or email Customer Service for a return code number and return address at 1-605-332-5572 or service@MoreThankitchen.com. When returning the item, please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note. The item(s) have to be send via UPS or insured mail. Be sure to indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. Fill in the return code number provided by Customer Service, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Most exchanges and returns will be processed within three weeks of receipt.
