AireGourmet Convertible Cake Pan 13" x 19", Anodized, Insulated Cake pan with steel locks. The double bottom can be separated to function as a lid. stainless locks keep the pieces in place. Bake and Take away.

Two sheets of professional quality aluminum are seperated by an insulating layer of air. The bottom sheet protects the top sheet from intense heat in the lower part of the oven. This resists bending and warping, and eliminates burning. Intended supports maintain the separation of top & bottom sheet.
