The Baby Twin is the only semi-automatic espresso machine with rapid steam system, a boiler technology usually only found in super automatic machines, that allows to switch from brewing to steaming without waiting time. The modern design also features a touch ring control panel with programmable brewing buttons for your favorite coffee drink which can be dispensed into the warm cups from the active cup warmer. To bring out the aroma of the espresso even more, the machine has a pre-brew function where a small amount of water is dispense into the filter right before the actual brewing process. The commercial style chrome plated filter and brew group are self-evident in every Gaggia semi-automatic. The three-way solenoid valve keeps the coffee pucks dry and therefore makes clean up a breath. To sum things up: the Baby Twin combines the original sturdy features from the Gaggia Baby with the newest technology, a semi-automatic machine with superautomatic features and a feast for your eyes.
