This 6 Piece Block Set consists of a 5" Scalloped Utility Knife (E/3685-5), an 8" Stealth Chef's Knife (E/3686-8S), 3.1/2" Paring Knife (E/3691-3.1/2), a 9" fine steel (4410-9F), 8" Take-Apart Kitchen Scissor (DN-2070), and the Wooden Knife Block with 16 slots (DKB-10SN).

Messermeister Elite features one piece fully forged knives, produced from a single block of German Krupp Tool Steel. This forging technique allows carbon to be equally distributed throughout the knife, giving it strength and durability. The edge is polished using a 3 step hand-sharpening and -polishing technique with a japanese style edge angle degreee of 15-20 degree. The spine is polished and slightly rounded. The knife is perfectly balanced reducing fatigue and allow effortless cutting. A traditional full tang extends from the blade into the full handle. Rivets permanently secure the handle to the tang.
